  • 複数の多型箇所について、その強さを表す対角行列として線形代数の枠組みでとりあつかう
    • それを(含むもの)カーネルと呼ぶので、"Sequencing Kernel Association Test (SKAT)"
    • 対角成分の大小として「よりよいもの」を探したいが、そのためには、パラメタ表現が必要で、適度な数のパラメタ数で、いろいろな重みづけを探索できる、そんな置き方が宵だろうということでベータ分布を使った設定をした

    • 共変量なし、フェノタイプは２値、サイトの重みが一律、これがC-alpha test
